- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Chopped Onion
- 1/3 c. Skim Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Egg Beaten
Directions
- Combine Cornmeal, Flour, Baking Pwdr & Salt in A Medium Bowl; Make A Well in The Center Of Mix. Combine Onion, Lowfat milk, Oil, Pepper & Egg.Add in To Dry Ingredients, Stirring Just Till Moistened. Spoon 1 Tablespoons Batter Into Minature Muffin Pans Coated With Cooking Spray. Bake At 450 For 10 Min Or possibly Till Lightly Browned. Remove From Pan Immediately.
