Directions

  1. Lightly oil a 1 qt baking dish or possibly spray with a nonstick cooking spray. Place bulgur, basil, salt and pepper in prepared baking dish.
  2. Add in boiling water and mix well.
  3. Cover tightly and bake 20 min.
  4. Fluff with a fork, add in pecans, and mix well.
  5. Serve warm.
