Directions

  1. In a separate bowl combine 2 Large eggs with mayonnaise and/or possibly lowfat milk.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in microwave or possibly separate skillet and cut into pcs.
  3. In a large skillet, stir together butter and Large eggs, and cook over medium heat.
  4. When the Large eggs are done, turn off the heat and add in the bacon, lowfat sour cream, and avocado.
  5. Fold over the egg carefully to finalize the omlette, let it cold and enjoy!
