Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook apricots in water for 10 min (covered, low heat). Cold completely and add in butter, syrup and salt. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Fold everything together and spread into buttered loaf pan.
  2. Bake 35-40 min at 375 degrees. Remove bread from pan 10 min after it comes out of the oven.
