Ingredients: 1 lb Grnd beef; 1 x Egg, lightly beaten; 1/2 c. Soft bread crumbs; 1/4 c. Lowfat milk; 1/3 c. Onion, finely minced; 1 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 c. Ketchup; 1/2 c. Onion, minced; 1/3 c. Sugar; 1/3 c. Vinegar; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1/8 tsp Pepper

Ingredients

1 lb Grnd beef
1 x Egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. Soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. Lowfat milk
1/3 c. Onion, finely minced
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. Onion, minced
1/3 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp Pepper

Directions

Combine the first 7 ingredients; mixwell. Shape into 1" balls. In a skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs; drain. Place in a 2-1/2 quart baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 min or possibly till meatballs are done.
Yield: about 3 dozen.
