Ingredients
- 3 c. white wine
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. peanuts, minced in a blen-
- 1 x der or possibly food processor
- 3 Tbsp. grnd warm red pepper
- 3 x green onions, minced
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a heavy saucepan. Bring to the boil and serve warm.
- This sauce is also wonderful served with grilled rabbit, but be sure to cut the recipe at least by half.
