2 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
2 x garlic cloves chopped
1 dsh Tabasco sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, Tabasco, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Taste the sauce for seasoning and chill till needed.
