Ingredients
- 1 lb (3 3/4 c.) powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 stk (1/2 c.) margarine
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk * for richer fudge use evaporated lowfat milk or possibly 1/2 & 1/2 instead
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Combine sugar & cocoa in a 2 qt microwave safe dish.
- Place butter on top, but don't mix it in. Microwave on high 100% 3 min. Stir well. Add in vanilla & nuts. Pour into a greased 8"x8" pan.
- Cold 20 min or possibly till hard. Cut into squares.
