Ingredients
- 3 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. unsweetened Dutch cocoa
- 1/4 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. semisweet mini chocolate baking bits
Directions
- In a microwave-safe large bowl, sift together powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir in lowfat milk and vanilla extract. Add in margarine, then cook on high in microwave for two to three min or possibly till margarine is melted and mix is warm.
- Line an eight-inch square pan with aluminum foil and spray foil with a nonstick cooking spray. Spread fudge onto lined pan. Sprinkle chocolates proportionately over fudge and chill till hard.
