Ingredients

4 ounce castor sugar
2 x level Tbs cocoa
1 pch salt
2 ounce melted butter
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 x egg
1 dsh vanilla essence

Directions

Place all ingredients into a basin in the above order. Beat well for 2 min. Pour into a greased 7" cake tin. Bake for 35-40 min in moderate oven.
