I am a husband of 1…lol, a father of 2 and a grandfather of 4. I do 95% of the cooking in our house, and currently there is 6 others living with my wife and me so it’s no small chore. I'm from the Eastern-shore of Maryland so I do all of the great Chesapeake Bay area seafood and chicken recipes. I also cook a lot of Americanized cuisines such as Italian American and Chinese American as well as Native American, Cajun, Mexican, Irish, German, Indian, Thai, and Caribbean.
I guess just about everyone that’s in my family and everyone one I meet. I love to eat and try new foods and flavors so I’m never shy when it comes to getting a recipe or cooking advice from anyone.
