  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 12 inch pizza pan. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. cornmeal. Combine flour, 2 Tbsp. cornmeal, baking pwdr and salt. Add in lowfat milk and oil; stir till dough clings and forms a ball. Turn onto lightly floured surface, knead 5 times. Roll dough into a 12 inch circle. Place on pan, bake 4-5 min. Remove from oven and set aside.
  2. Brown grnd beef with onion, drain well. Spoon refried beans on crust, spoon grnd beef and onion over beans. Spoon salsa on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 min. Top with lettuce, tomato, lowfat sour cream.
