Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) can liquid removed peas
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced fine
- 1 c. Longhorn cheese, cubed
- 3 sweet pickles, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Lettuce
- Thousand Island Or possibly mayonnaise dressing
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper well. Dilute the salad dressing with lowfat milk and pour over salad. Toss. Chill.
