Directions

  1. A few hrs before serving, combine peas in a serving bowl. Chill.
  2. Whisk together vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar and salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk in the oils.
  4. Toast sesame seeds in a skillet till golden.
  5. At serving time, toss peas in vinaigrette. Chill till serving. Scatter sesame seeds over top and serve.
