Mix 1 tsp rum extract, yellow food coloring and 1/2 container Cool Whip; spread on cake.Add in next layer of cake. Mix 1/4 tsp peppermint extract, red food coloring and 1/2 container Cool Whip; spread on cake. Add in next layer of cake. Mix 1/4 tsp almond extract, green food coloring and 1/2 container Cool Whip. Spread on top layer. Sprinkle with almonds.
