  1. Mix soup mix, lowfat sour cream and spinach. Scoop out middle of bread in hunks leaving a well in center of bread. Pour dip in well and place bread on serving plate with chunks of bread placed around outside of bread. The hunks of bread are used as you would crackers or possibly chips.
