Ingredients
- 1 x onions, medium
- 2 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp chilli paste
- 2 tsp grated lime rind
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 2 tsp curry pwdr
- 2 tsp paprika, sweet
- 1 tsp cumin, grnd
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 kg chicken breasts
- 3/4 c. coconut cream
Directions
- Blend or possibly process onion, garlic, curry, chilli, rind, juice, turmeric, paprika, cumin, coriander leaves till mix forms a paste.
- Heat oil in pan, add in paste mix, cook, stirring, till fragrant.
- Add in chicken, cook, stirring, till tender. Add in coconut cream, stir till heated through.
