Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. starter
- 1 c. minced raisins
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. shortening, melted
Directions
- Mix ingredients well adding sufficient starter to make the mix moist. Don't overmix. Bake in greased muffin pans 30 min at 350 degrees.
