Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce.) can salmon
  • 2 whole Large eggs
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs or possibly crackers

Directions

  1. (If using bread crumbs, add in a little salt.)
  2. Grease baking pan with butter. Fold in bowl salmon, using fork to break up salmon (remove center bones).
  3. Mix the Large eggs and crumbs into the salmon till mix is gummy. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Place strips of cheese on top and broil for about 2 min and serve.
