Directions
- Peel cucumbers and de-seed if desired.
- Cut tomatoes, onions and cucumbers into small cubes.
- Lightly beat lowfat sour cream with fork.
- Mix everything and refrigerate for an hour.
- Decorate with parsley leaves. Serve cold.
- Can also be done with only cucumbers.
