  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • Salt
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. frzn hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can French fried onions

Directions

  1. Brown pork chops in oil (350 degrees) with 1/2 salt; set aside. Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, and 1/2 can onions. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with pork chops; cover with foil and bake 40 min. Uncover and top with 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 can onions. Bake 5 min.
