  • 4 x Baking Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
  • 1 lrg Onion, skinned and sliced Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
  • 4 x Pork Chops, up to 6
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375-F degrees.
  2. Place potato and onion slices in the bottom of a 10-inch by 16-inch pan which is at least 3 inches deep. Season with Lemon Pepper and place pork chops on top of the seasoned potatoes and onions. Season again.
  3. Fill the pan with about 1/2-inch of water and place 1 Tbsp. of butter at opposite ends of the pan. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 2 hrs.
  4. Remove from the oven, let cold for a few min, and serve.
