Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked macaroni
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/4 c. diced red onion
  • 1 1/2 ounce. or possibly 1/2 c. minced pepperoni
  • 1/4 c. Italian dressing or possibly less
  • 2 tbsp. pickle relish
  • 1 sm. tomato, diced
  • Optional sprinkle with 4 ounce. Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Rinse warm macaroni in cool water to prevent sticking. Mix remaining ingredients with macaroni.
