Ingredients
- 1 x 3 lb chicken cut into serving pcs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 x egg
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
Directions
- Coat chicken pcs with flour. Blend egg with peanut butter, salt, and pepper. Gradually add in lowfat milk, beating with fork to blend.
- Dip floured chicken in peanut butter mix, then roll in crumbs. Place in shallow greased baking pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for about an hour or possibly till tender.
