Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 10 ounce orange marmalade
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Cream marmalade with sugar till light and fluffy. Add in large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each egg. Put together dry ingredients, then add in to marmalade mix, alternating with orange juice, mixing well. Stir in nuts. Bake in greased 9x5 inch loaf pan at 325 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 min. Makes 1 loaf.
