Directions

  1. Prepare your bread, have it toasted in a bread toaster or pan fry it slowly in a non-stick pan.
  2. Place on a plate.
  3. Fry the bacon according to likeness. Place on top of the 2 toast bread.
  4. Place a piece of cheese on each toasts.
  5. Fry the eggs and make sure the yolk is whole. (Poached is ok too) Top it on the sandwich.
  6. Serve with hot coffee,
