Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly shortening
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Flour
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 12 ounce Chocolate chips
- 2 c. Boiling water, (or possibly warm coffee)
Directions
- Mix together butter, sugar, flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in lowfat milk. Pour this batter into a big oblong cake pan (preferably glass). Sprinkle the top with a lot of brown sugar, and nuts if desired them. Then sprinkle on chocolate chips and pour water over the chocolate chips and bake it in a 350 F oven for 50 min.
- The chocolate all slides to the bottom of the pan. Best served with ice cream or possibly whipped cream.
