Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 3/4 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. nuts, finely minced
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in vanilla. Sift flour and add in gradually. Fold in nuts. Form into balls using a rounded tsp. of batter. Bake about 15 min. Roll in powdered sugar while hot.
