- 1 c. Vinegar, cider or possibly wine
- 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 c. Salad oil
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 x Lemon, thinly sliced
- 3 x Cloves, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Ginger, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Dry mustard
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat till flavors are nicely blended. Use to baste any meat or possibly poultry.
