- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. dry orange Jello
- Sm. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- Sm. pkg. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Beat together the cottage cheese and Jello. Add in the crushed pineapple and mix in the whipping cream. Put into serving dish and spread nuts on top.
