Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar (sifted)
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 1 x Egg
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Almond flavoring
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Cream of tartar
Directions
- Cream butter & sugar. Fold in egg & flavorings. Mix dry ingredients & blend into above mix, dough will be stiff. Can chill a few minutes.
- or possibly can make into balls & place on a cookie sheet about 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart. Press down with a fork. Place pecan on each cookie (optional) & bake at 375 degrees till brown.
