Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin, in 1 inch chunks
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • Morton's Nature seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded (as desired)

Directions

  1. Lb. meat flat; dip into beaten egg mixed with 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk, then dip into mix of crackers, Corn Flakes and flour. Fry till brown. Season with Nature seasoning. Arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Pour over soups and lowfat milk. Bake covered for one hour at 350 degrees. Can put under broiler (uncovered) to brown for 5 min if you like.
