Ingredients
- 16 med. cooked potatoes
- 16 ounce. sm. curd cottage cheese
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 4 teaspoon onion salt
- 6 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
- Mash potatoes, beat in cottage cheese and lowfat sour cream with onion salt. Put in large casserole and top with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min. Can be fixed a day ahead.
