Directions

  1. 1. Combine mashed potatoes, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, and garlic pwdr.
  2. 2. Spoon half the mix into 2-qt casserole. Sprinkle with 2/3 c. French's French-Fried Onions and 1/2 c. of cheese. Top with remaining potato mix.
  3. 3. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly till warm. Top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5 min longer.
  4. TIP: Use leftover or possibly prepared instant mashed potatoes for 6 servings.
