Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion in warm oil in saute/fry pan till softened. Add in tomato. Cover. Cook 2 min. Add in squash to pan. Sprinkle on basil, thyme & oregano. Cook about 4 min till squash is soft. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
  2. Serve with grated cheese.
  3. Approximately 6-8 min.
