1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 drops Tabasco
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Directions

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and butter. Place in greased 1 qt casserole. Top with cheese and butter. Bake for 30 min. Cold 10 min. Serve on crackers.
