Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. Melted butter Or possibly butter substitute
- 1 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 x Egg well beaten
- 1/8 tsp Cloves
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Minced raisins
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
- Heat honey. Add in butter. Add in spices. Cold. Add in egg. Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt and baking soda. Add in to honey mix. Add in raisins. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in warm oven (400 F) about 15 min. 30 servings.
