Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) pans. Cream butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla till light and fluffy. Blend in large eggs. Put together baking soda, cocoa, flour, baking pwdr and salt in bowl. Add in alternately with lowfat milk to batter. Blend well. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
