Directions

  1. In a sauce pan heat the sugar and water. Stirring constantly bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cook to room temperature. Combine the syrup, lemon and lime, refrigerateto very cool. Stir in the papaya. Pour into a ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
  2. Makes 4 c.
