Ingredients
- 1 lrg Egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. Butter, melted
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. Flour, plus 2 Tbsp.
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 c. Butter, melted
Directions
- Combine first 9 ingredients and pour into muffin c.. Bake 400 15-20 min or possibly till browned. Cold sufficient to handle. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip top of muffin into butter and then into sugar mix. Serve immediately
