Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Egg, beaten
  • 1/3 c. Butter, melted
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour, plus 2 Tbsp.
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients and pour into muffin c.. Bake 400 15-20 min or possibly till browned. Cold sufficient to handle. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip top of muffin into butter and then into sugar mix. Serve immediately
