Ingredients
- 1 pound white dry beans (limas, Great Northern or possibly Navy)
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 3 cloves fresh chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. dry basil
- 1/2 tsp. minced dry parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Italian dry pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt free seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cover with water. Let simmer all day on xlow cook setting (check user guide).
