  • 2 pound bag southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Put potatoes in a cake pan. Mix soups, onion and lowfat sour cream together and pour over potatoes. Stir once and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min.
