Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 whl Chicken breast
  • 8 slc Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 slc Swiss Cheese, thick
  • 2 can 10.5 ounces Cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. White wine, dry
  • 2 box Stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/4 c. Butter

Directions

  1. Chicken breast should be boneless, skinless and split in half.
  2. Grease 9X13 inch pan.arrange breast to fit pan. Top with Cheese. Combine soup and wine, stir well.
  3. Spoon sauce proportionately over chicken. Sprinkle crushed stuffing mix proportionately over chicken and soup mix. Drizzle butter or possibly margarine over chicken. Cover with foil. (Remove foil when 5 min left.) Bake at 350 for 45-60 min or possibly till chicken is cooked through.
