Directions

  1. Heat butter and cook garlic over low heat, don't brown. Thaw spinach in microwave. Squeeze moisture out of spinach by small handfuls and put in pan (fry pan) with garlic. Add in dash of nutmeg, salt and pepper. It will thicken. Add in more liquid if you like. Simmer for 5 min.
