  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2-1 c. whole lowfat milk
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed
  • 1 can peas, liquid removed
  • 1 can corn, liquid removed
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Heat butter - remove from heat. Add in flour and stir till smooth. Add in lowfat milk (a little at a time) over low heat - stir. Bring to a boil and then add in other ingredients. Serve over toast. Quick and easy!
