Directions

  1. Prepare vegetables. Cube potatoes, slice or possibly chop onions, slice carrot and celery, cut broccoli or possibly use cut frzn broccoli. 2 c. water or possibly more. Cook vegetables in a 2 qt pan. Cook till tender.
  2. While vegetables are cooking prepare flour and lowfat milk. When tender (vegetables) add in butter and mix all at once, stirring till thickened. Don't boil. Depending on vegetables - I make this in 30 min.
