Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl put together 1 cup potato flakes, onion, salt and garlic salt. Add in tuna, cream cheese and large eggs; mix well. In small bowl, put together corn flakes and 1/4 cup potato flakes. Shape tuna mix into 42 (3/4") balls. Roll in corn flake mix. Place tuna balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till lightly brown.
  2. In small saucepan, put together all sauce ingredients, except mayonnaise. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly till thickened, about 2 min. Refrigerate 10 to 15 min, stir in mayonnaise. Serve warm on toothpicks, dip in Hot Mustard Sauce. 42 snacks.
