Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Heat a Tbsp. or possibly so of butter in a skillet (avoid non-stick). Pour small circles of batter into warm skillet; saute/fry pancakes, flipping once, till both sides are golden brown.
  3. Serve with a side of lowfat sour cream, applesauce or possibly pineapple chunks in syrup.
