  • 1 1/4 pound turkey kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices bread, use your favorite
  • 8 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
